T3 Secret Recipe a let down

I was at the Secret Recipe at Changi Airport Terminal 3 last night for dinner and it was a let down. I was disappointed both at the food and the sloppy service. I was taken aback, never thought it would happen at such a place as Changi Airport.

It should not be that a restaurant would give such a bad impression, especially at the airport where visitors have their first taste of Singapore when they touch down.

The waitress served ice-water in a stained cup, sloppily laid cutlery with detergent stain markings, placed serviettes on the part where the table was wet. Arrgghhh! Ummm...

I had Oxtail Stew for my entrée. Though it tasted quite good, there were ants running around on the bowl.

I ordered their popular Marble Cheesecake for dessert and it was another let down. It was like a piece of dehydrated, hardened block,... wasn't very nice to eat.
