Tamako

I had a craving for Japanese food, so Nedu and I drove down to Tamako for lunch.

Nedu had rice with chicken and eggs while mine was rice with raw tuna. I did not try Nedu's food, but judging from the way he dug up his bowl, he was really enjoying it.

Mine came garnished with lots of fresh cucumber bits and toasted Nori. It was just bursting with flavour.

Tamako is a small neighbourhood restaurant located at Casuarina Road, off Upper Thomson Road. All meals are served with free-flowing hot tea and their dishes are also reasonably priced.
