My letter got published again in the Straits Times Online Forum at:

THERE is no or very little mobile network coverage at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.
Frequent visitors like me always find our network switched to a Malaysian one.
Can all three local mobile operators do something to enhance network receptivity at Sungei Buloh, which is an Asean Heritage Site?
