I REFER to the Online Forum letter by Mr Clarence Ngian on Tuesday, 'No mobile network coverage at Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve'.
We thank Mr Ngian for his feedback on the network coverage in the reserve's vicinity and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
SingTel has two mobile base stations located within 0.5km radius of the reserve. We wish to inform Mr Ngian and our customers who visit the Sungei Buloh reserve that we plan to enhance mobile coverage of the reserve by working with the authorities, while ensuring we do not compromise the unique flora and fauna of the reserve.
